The Alcoves - LOCATION
Ayala Land Premier will be adding to Ayala Center Cebu Superblock with a new prime residential enclave - The Alcoves.
The Alcoves is placed in a prime location in the middle of Cebu’s bustling CBD. In fact, it is attached to the Ayala Mall Cebu. This means that your feet does not even need to hit the pavement if you want to go shopping. Speaking of shopping, the Ayala Mall has hundreds of high-end shops, boutiques, and bars and restaurants, so you will always have somewhere to go and something to do at any given time. You will never be left wanting when it comes to shopping and entertainment options as you can readily find them right outside your doorstep.
However, if you still need more shopping and entertainment options, there are more to be found within a kilometer radius of the Alcoves, some you can actually go to without having to drive. As a matter of fact, you do not even have to leave the building if you want to do some light shopping. You just need to go down to the lower floors. The first three floors of the Alcoves are actually reserved for retail merchants, so if you just need to grab a quick snack or if you just want to window shop, you can do so within minutes of walking out of your front door.
Shopping and entertainment choices are not the only facilities accessible from the Alcoves. You will also find that there are plenty of schools and universities in the surrounding areas where your children can enroll. Just ten minutes away, you will find St. Theresa’s College, Pimsat Colleges, University of San Carlos, and the Cebu Mary Immaculate College. If your kids manage to pass the entrance examinations, they can attend classes at the University of the Philippines Cebu Campus, which is only half an hour away from the Ayala Center and the Alcoves.
Hospitals and other medical centers are also not in short supply when you are living in the Alcoves. There are more than a dozen, fully-equipped and well-staffed hospitals and clinics that are just minutes away from the main door of the condominium, so you do not have to worry about medical emergencies. Some of the hospitals that are quite near the Alcoves include, Perpetual Succour Hospital, the PNP Station Hospital, Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital, and the Vicente Sotto Memorial hospital, just to name a few.
Transportation is also not a problem in the Cebu CBD. Right outside the main entrance of the condominium, you will already find a queue of cabs that are more than willing to take you wherever you want. If you want to take traditional public transportation, then there are bus stops and jeepney stops near the building where you can wait for a ride towards your desired destination. On the other hand, if you want to go on a vacation to the neighboring island of Bohol, the high-speed ferry station is just a short drive away. You can actually reach Bohol within an hour of travel total.
